Greystar are committed to protecting the personal information of children. "Children" and “Child” in this statement refers to minors under the age of 14. The Children's Privacy Protection Statement (hereinafter referred to as "Statement") intends to explain to the guardian (hereinafter referred to as "you") and children how we collect, use, store and process children's personal information and the way we provide you the right to access, correct, delete and protect such information. Unless otherwise stated, the terms and acronyms used in this Statement have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Mainland China Privacy Policy.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Greystar will strictly obey laws, regulations and agreements when collecting personal information of you and your children.
During children's usage of Services, we will ask you to provide the necessary information, please refer to the section "Personal Information We Process" in the Mainland China Privacy Policy.
If we need to collect other personal information about guardians or children, we will inform you and your children and obtain your consent again.
The guardian can choose whether to fill in or provide us with specific information. Please understand that if you do not fill in or provide the specific information, our Services may not operate normally, or fail to achieve our desired service effects, and the guardian and children may not be able to use any of our websites or online services or related specific business functions.
HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION
We strictly obey the laws, regulations and agreements when collecting and using children’s information for the following purposes:
- verification of the identity of the child and his/her guardian;
- provision of necessary Services; and
- optimization of Services and security.
If we need to use the personal information of the guardian or the child beyond the above purposes, we will inform you and your child and obtain the consent of the guardian again.

ACCESS, CHANGE, DELETE, RESTRICT THE USE OR OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF CHILDREN'S PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may have the right under applicable privacy laws to request that Greystar inform you as to whether your children’s personal information is being processed. Subject to certain exceptions under applicable privacy laws, you may also have the right to withdraw your consent, change, delete, restrict the use of, or object to the processing of children’s personal information that was previously provided to us. You can submit your request using this form. We will take timely measures to process your request after completing authentication and verification questions.
Please note that if you and your children ask us to delete the specific personal information, the child user may be unable to continue to use our Services or some specific business functions in our Services. If the guardian finds that we have collected children’s personal information without the prior consent of the guardian, please contact us in a timely manner and we will take measures to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
RETENTION
We will retain children’s personal information for the period we believe reasonable to fulfill the purposes for which we hold it, as outlined in this Statement and in the Mainland China Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
- the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and your children and provide the Services to you and your children;
- whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them); and
- whether retention is advisable considering our legal position (such as, for statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations).

Where this Statement applies, any inconsistency between this Statement and the provisions of the Mainland China Privacy Policy, this Statement shall prevail.
