With our global headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina, and 49 other offices across the continent, our highly-localized teams have deep expertise in the markets in which we operate.

With offices in London, Dublin, The Hague, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Paris, and Madrid, Greystar aligns local market expertise with the power of a global investment, development, and management platform. Greystar Europe oversees $10 billion in assets under management and 34,307 units and student beds.

South America Overview
